The person named on the booking form agrees that he/she will abide by the following conditions.
A deposit of £50 per week is required with the booking form. Once received the booking is confirmed. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
If you book within 6 weeks of your holiday full payment is required at the time of booking.
For short breaks, 3 nights minimum, payment in full is required at time of booking.
In the event of cancellations the hirer must notify the owner immediately who will endeavour to re-let the property. If successful the deposit and balance will be returned. If we are unable to re-let the deposit will be retained and the balance returned. We strongly recommend that you insure against financial loss from cancellation.
In the unlikely event the property is not available through events beyond the owners control the booking may be cancelled and the hirer will be informed as soon as possible. Any liability shall be limited to the refund of all money paid.
The cottage may not be occupied by more than the maximum number as advertised.
Smoking is NOT allowed.
Baggage and personal belongings are left at the hirers risk at all times and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any belongings, vehicles or its contents.
On the day of arrival the cottage cannot be occupied before 4pm unless prior agreement has been given. On the day of departure the cottage must be vacated by 10.00am and left clean and ready for the next occupants. Failure to vacate the cottage on the specified date will incur liability to pay £75 per day.
